Every rug carries more than a pattern. It carries memory, skill, patience, and the hands of the people who made it.

At Woolway Studios, we believe Armenian textile traditions should not simply be preserved as objects from the past. They should remain alive through weaving, restoration, natural dyeing, teaching, and sharing knowledge with the next generation.

This is what our work is about: keeping craftsmanship alive and giving tradition a future.

I am always happy when the work of Woolway Studios becomes part of a larger celebration of Armenian culture.

Our naturally dyed yarn is more than a material. Behind every color there is nature, knowledge, craftsmanship, and a tradition that deserves to remain alive.

This is exactly what we are trying to build at Woolway Studios: not simply preserve Armenian textile traditions, but create new opportunities for people to experience them, learn from them, and carry them forward.

Proud to see Woolway Studios participating in SIROOOON ARM FEST.

A wonderful studio visit with artist Armen Kojoyian, filmed in his New York City studio during the summer of 2022.

The film offers an intimate look into Armen's creative process, artistic vision, and studio environment.
