ALL-FEMALE sturgeon
Together with our partner, we achieved a major breakthrough for the production of farmed caviar and developed the first commercial available all-female sturgeon stock. For all sturgeon farmers who do not longer want to s*x their fish and reach a more economic caviar production, we can supply now "all-female" Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) eggs, larvae, fry and fingerlings (>99 % females). For those sturgeon farms who prefer to produce their own all-female sturgeon or even for other sturgeon species, we can provide now also the consulting (know-how transfer).
