Good winter rains regenerated the soil and a cool start to the growing season was mild. This resulted in the vines staying in a vigorous stage for longer before entering flowering. This in turn delayed the production and ripening of the grapes. Ripening in the cooler conditions, the berries were able to slowly develop their full flavors while maintaining good natural acidities. These ideal conditions for the variety made for a season that produced
w**e that has bold and pure fruit expressions.

It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at high altitude vineyards where the soil is rich and the climate is suitable for the development of complex flavors.
Spice of China, concentrated fruit aromas and flavours you would never expect from such a young Cabernet. The small berries occur in this desert climate to protect themselves from evaporating the water – hence a fantastic skin to juice ratio.
The w**e has a dark ruby color with aromas of black fruits, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and rich with ripe tannins and a balanced acidity.
