New at the teahouse: Yesheng Bai Ya. Wild-harvested dewy buds from ancient trees deep in Yunnan’s forests, naturally caffeine-free.

Unlike most teas, which are made from the leaves, this one is made purely from the young buds of the Camellia tree, the same plant all tea comes from, just picked at an earlier, more delicate stage.

Beyond its beautiful taste, what we love most is its versatility: brew it cold, steep it simply, or go gong-fu style for multiple infusions. It holds up beautifully however you brew it.
