LÁZ - Lassan Átjáró Zavar 12” out NOW on Contergan Punk!
Finally the records + inserts are here and it’s ready to ship! The warm up party at Destroy Vienna was supposed to be the record release show but due to a delay the records showed up just a few days ago.
I’m glad i could release this record, after I heard the tape the first time i instantly knew this has to be released on vinyl. The outcome is great, I love the artwork and the Riso printed inserts (by SOYBOT of course)

Two years after HALOTT KÍGYÓK disbanded, LÁZ came to life from the ashes as a golem - with a slightly changed lineup. Snake charming guitars and cacophonous chanting swirl together on these 8 songs of moody, dark punk music. Think of SACCHARINE TRUST with a chain smoking Eastern European benzodiazepine addiction, touches of post-punk, touches of post-hardcore, touches of debilitating despair. Recorded, mixed and mastered by András Timár at te Sárgacsempés Próbaterem, Szombathely & Kripta, Budapest.

Last night was the book presentation of “Wien Du Tote Stadt” - a book about the punk scene in Vienna around 1980. Published by Peter Stuiber from Wien Museum through

This book is - hands down - incredible. From the posters, flyers, photos, artworks, layouting, the people contributing or being interviewed- it’s great! I have really been looking forward and glad that this is finally out. Everyone who is interested in the history of Austrian punk or who is part of the scene needs this book. Even though it’s in German I still would recommend it to everyone just alone for the photos, posters and so on.

Get this NOW!

Next year will be an exhibition at Wien Museum that you shouldn’t miss!
