I didn’t realise how hard it would be to watch my stock drive away today.

As the truck pulled away from the warehouse, I felt far more emotional than I expected. This stock, this space, the space before it. It represent such a huge chapter of Little Paws Plushies.

For a while, I felt like moving to a fulfilment centre meant I hadn’t been able to make my own warehouse work. Like somehow, I had failed.

But looking back now, I know that isn’t true.

This decision isn’t about giving up. It’s about making space for what matters most. It means I can show up more for my family, serve my customers better and focus on growing Little Paws without trying to carry every part of the business.

I know this is the right decision for everyone, but it’s still okay to pause and grieve what was.

One chapter is ending, and an exciting new one is beginning.

I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. 💙
