Create something beautiful to share with family and friends. These cakes have come out STUNNING the last few year from all the students.

🍬🎅Christmas Cake Class
- 2 spots left

When : Wednesday Dec 23rd
Time : 11am-3pm (light lunch served)
Where : Mount Barker
What : 7" round, standard height Raspberry white choc Mud filled with vanilla buttercream. Add lemon curd if you like. Choose between white or milk choc drip.
Cake will last up to 7 days.
Price : $170 (payment plans available)

- Learn to stack and fill a cake properly
- practise and master smoothing techniques on a cake.
- Learn how to make a chocolate ganache drip and apply it to a cake correctly.
- Understand the importance of placement of toppings ontop of a cake.
- Make some fondant decorations and work with lustre dusts.

Take home your completed cake and enjoy it with family at your Christmas festivities.

Class all capped at 5 students to ensure maximum time can be spent with each student.
