School holidays just got a whole lot sweeter 🍪
These Cake-Mix Biscuits are as fun to make as they are to eat, and with a colourful shower of 100s & 1000s on top, the kids will be obsessed. Barely any prep, minimal mess and maximum smiles.
Ingredients
⭐ 340g vanilla cake mix
⭐ 125g unsalted butter, melted
⭐ 1/2 cup 100s & 1000s sprinkles
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place cake mix, butter and 2 tbs water in a large bowl and stir. Using hands, bring mixture together to form a dough.
3. Place sprinkles on a large flat plate. Roll 2 tbs quantities of dough into balls. Press balls into sprinkles and place on prepared tray, about 3cm apart for spreading. Flatten slightly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Bake biscuits for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool on tray until biscuits are firm. Serve.
