To our valued customers, after many years in our Charles St location, we’re making an exciting change to the way we operate. While we are no longer trading from our shopfront location, Townsville Appliance Service is absolutely still here and continuing to provide the same reliable in-home appliance repair service you know and trust. 🏡🔧
This new chapter allows us to focus even more on what we do best—coming to you and keeping your household appliances running smoothly.

PHONE OPERATING HOURS

Just a friendly reminder that our phone operating hours are different to our workshop operating hours. Our phones operate from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday while our workshop is open from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. This enables our team time to be able to provide the best service for you.

Due to the ongoing weather event, our workshop will be closed tomorrow to ensure the safety of our staff.

Any customers booked for a tech tomorrow will be contacted beforehand regarding the status of their appointment.

Our office will not be open on Thursday. We have an unavoidable staffing shortage and will not be able to provide our normal level of service.

🤩 How good is this! Our new signage has gone up this week at 46 Charles St. Same place, new face!
