Weber isn’t just for barbecuing — you can use it to make just about anything, including these Mixed Berry Tartlets. 🫐🍓
Paul from Weber made these for us when he was down a couple of weeks ago, and they were amazing! Golden, flaky pastry filled with sweet mixed berries, brown sugar, warm spice and flaked almonds, then baked on the barbecue and served with dollop cream. A lovely treat for the coming summer!
