Hubby and I had the opportunity for a short getaway last week.

Even though the weather wasn't great we still went for a few walks in the rain and wind and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning scenery at Cradle Mountain National Park.

Our highlight was seeing half a dozen very healthy wombats!

We enjoyed a lovely cosy cabin and some wonder meals too.

It was a wonderful way to recharge our batteries after a busy 11 months of renovating.

Here's the finished product! I think less is more in this case. I love the softness of the gold accent too! I could waste the scap strip so I used it inside the card for a subtle bit of colour.
