Microgreens Madness.

What happens when you finally, after months of "issues", get all the Microgreens growing well at once?
You get a huge crop many kilos more than your orders. My avocado tree will get a luxurious mulching this week.

What's in the mix.
Triple Treat: roughly equal parts radish, sunflower and pea shoots. A relatively new mix that is closing in on the best seller.

And Lastly Salad Mix: I used to only make Mild and Spicy mixes. One day I had a lot of cos lettuce and I mixed it with all the left over microgreens and called it Salad Mix. Even though it no longer has lettuce in it, it is by far the most popular mix.

What's in a mix?
Spicy Mix:I have played around with this Mix recently paring it down to Pink Radish and Rocket. I don't eat the Spicy one, but I think that might be a bit harsh? So I have gone back to including Purple Radish and a bit of Sunflower and Pea Shoots.

What's in a mix?
My favourite mix is Mild Mix which unfortunately is my poorest seller.
It contains mostly Broccoli and Red Cabbage with some Sunflower, Peas and Amaranth. The softest, sweetest mix which is probably the most nutritious.
