Saturday is going to be fantastic.
This will be the first time having a stall at The Torimba Festival. Come say hello. Have a look at all the 1 of a kind items. Miss Bree will be there with her gift packs and decor, fan hats and of cause the light up balloons. I’ll have all the resin pieces, tumblers and more. Lady Dee has been busy with her beads again, so she has heaps of pretty hanging things.
I’ll be raising money again for Rhyker.
🌲🎉 RAVENSHOE, ARE YOU READY FOR TORIMBA PARADE DAY?!
This Saturday, 17 October, our beautiful little town is coming alive for one of the biggest days on the Torimba calendar, and we can’t wait to see Main Street filled with people enjoying everything our community has to offer!
From market stalls and delicious food to live music, entertainment, activities for the kids and, of course, our much-loved Torimba Parade — there’s going to be so much happening throughout the day!
💚 COME UP THE HILL AND SUPPORT OUR LITTLE COMMUNITY!
Bring the family, invite your friends, wander through the stalls, grab something delicious to eat, enjoy the entertainment and soak up that wonderful country festival atmosphere.
Every purchase from a stallholder, every visit to a local business and every person who comes along helps make days like this possible.
🚧 IMPORTANT ROAD CLOSURE REMINDER
To help us safely prepare Main Street for the festivities, the following road closures will be in place on Saturday 17 October:
🚗 12:30PM — Soft road closure begins
⛔ 1:30PM — Full road closure takes effect
📍 Grigg Street, Ravenshoe, between Ascham Street and Curmbu Street, including affected access points along the event area.
If you’re travelling through town, visiting local businesses or planning to attend the festivities, please allow extra time, plan your parking and follow the directions of our traffic controllers.
We really appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we transform our Main Street into a space for the whole community to enjoy.
🎶 Live music kicks off at 1:45PM
🎉 Torimba Parade begins at 2:30PM
🎆 Fireworks to finish the evening!
There’s something pretty special about seeing Ravenshoe come together like this. Behind every stall, activity and event are local businesses, community groups, volunteers and families who have put in an enormous amount of effort to make this weekend happen.
So come on out, bring your people and help us make Torimba Parade 2026 one to remember!
Your Story. Your Stage. Our Community. 💚
