📣📣 MASSIVE THANK YOU!!! 📣📣
As we finally begin to catch our breath again, we just wanted to take a quick moment to say THANK YOU! 🙌🏻🙏🏻
Over the past 6 years, we’ve somehow continued to get busier and busier, and despite the BEST planning in the world, the past 8 weeks have been absolutely CRAZY! 🤪😮💨
To our amazing staff, to our family, our friends, to all our amazing customers and suppliers — thank you for all the big, and the little ways you’ve helped us get through ❤️
The early starts, the late finishes, and generally burning the candle at both ends have been extreme, but once again, we got there! 💪🏻👊🏻
Our regulars know we always try do our absolute bloody best to help wherever we can. So for the rare “I forgot my Nan’s birthday tonight” orders we haven’t been able to meet deadlines for recently, we’re genuinely sorry. But for the number of customers we HAVE been able to help, and still maintaining the high standard you’ve come to expect from BTC, is something we’re incredibly proud of. 💯👌🏻
We’re now working our way through a mountain of backlog, prioritising by order placement date, as well as urgency, so please bear with us while we catch up. 🙏🏻😊
