A nice coin that we just finished for a customer regarding the NSW ‘Black Summer’ fires from 2019-20

50mm diameter, dark nickel finish with 3D highlights. A really nice coin. Hard to get a nice photograph due to the dark nickel finish, but they came up very nice.

Since we introduced our ‘Prestige Series’ frames last year they have become one of our most popular products.

They are unique in that everything is sublimation printed on brushed aluminum, even photographs are reproduced and sublimation printed on the metal with a photo finish.

Original or replica medals and badges are added to the frames to give them a stylish and very contemporary look.

Our Service History Frames. Concept to Completion

Every week we do a lot of Service History/Retirement frames for our customers. Our customers come from all across the Policing, Emergency Services and the Military fields.

Contact:

We are normally contacted by a customer to organise a frame for a retiring colleague or family member. This initial contact is just about discovering what the customer is after and what sort of service memorabilia that they would like framed.

We are able to supply replica medals to our customers if the officer does not wish to include their original medals in the frame.

Preparing the medals:

We obtain a list of the officers medal entitlements and we then prepare these medals by correctly mounting them to be framed.

Service Memorabilia:

We are normally given a selection of service memorabilia that they require to be included in the frame. In collaboration with the customer we then prepare a number of different layouts until we come up with a final design that the customer is happy with.

Reproduction of photographs and information plaques:

We reproduce all photographs and prepare our information plaques in house, so we have great flexibility in customizing these items.

Final Product:

After the customer has signed of on a final design we set about putting everything together. Comming up with a product that everyone is happy with.

A nice set of medals we have mounted for a retiring New South Wales Police Officer to go in his retirement frame.

The first time we have mounted medals for an officer who has been awarded the Commendation for Brave Conduct twice (hence the 2 x gold mimosa sprig)
