Hello My Lovelies 😍

In seven short months my store in its new location has evolved so very much, stock has grown as much as my customer base has, new faces grace my door as frequently as my regulars do. Even more friendships have been formed & forged from simple pleasures as playing in the button bin or joining in at a sit & sew, gathering, retreat or stitch away cruise. 💝

Today I was honoured to visit Lenora & collect her cutting counter, 4 bolt shelving units & accessories to be used in my store. These pieces once belonged to previous patchwork stores before her & now I’m the next to be their custodian.💝
Thank You Lenora for your generosity & kindness. 💝
So while Hubby & I drove the hire truck out to Nullawarre & back to Ballan my trusty helpers worked tirelessly to pull down a quarter of my store, removing & moving furniture & stock to make room for the new pieces we collected & then we put everything in its place and redressed everything ready for trading tomorrow.
And once again none of the above would ever be possible without the continued support of you All out there!

But did you know, it’s late night shopping in my store in Beautiful Ballan too!
You read that right!
Late Night Shopping in store this Friday 5pm to 8pm!
Well it even gets better - my store will be open from 10am to 8pm - 10 whole hours on Friday Night Pizza Night 17th of July!
So even if you’re not staying for Pizza Night, you can drop in and check out what’s on offer in my store while you wait for your Take Away to be ready to pick up. 🥰

Good Evening Lovelies 😍
I’m writing this post as we head for home on the train. 🚂
We - Damian Angela & I, have spent the day at the Reed Gift Fair. And what a day we have had.
But let me tell you how our day started - we boarded the 9.02am train & disembarked at Southern Cross Station at 1.30pm, yes you read that correctly, it took 4 1/2 hours as there was a problem with the train lines at Footscray. 🤷🏻‍♀️
But never fear once we got into Jeff’s Shed we shopped our little hearts out & walked our feet off.
We shopped until closing at 6pm!
So now we are just relaxing and laughing about our day out to the big smoke. 🌆
Side note - There will be epic amounts of boxes coming over the next couple of months & in-time for festive shopping too.

What an awesome weekend retreat we All had!!

What an amazing weekend we just had! A big thank you to the amazing 80 women who joined me, Leanne from Petals and Patches and Gail from Patchwork with Gail B.
We shopped, ate and laughed and managed just a little bit of stitching!
Looking forward to doing it all again next year 💗

As you All know, recently we went on our Adelaide Adventure to attend Stitchmas 2026 hosted by the fabulous team at Patchwork by Sea. 🪡🧵✂️🛍️🛍️
And as you also know, we had a wonderful time, yummy meals & treats, gorgeous projects & great shopping.
