Okay one of my first uploads from the weekend. I finally worked out how to use the 360 camera.
Step one. Sit in a chair that spins.
Step two. Let it load and set the quality to max on youtube.
Step three. Watch and spin around on the chair. Or dont 😅 best to watch on the phone or tablet.

Little easter egg for someone who can tell me something about the thumbnail. More coming next week. Need to finish fixing the PC

Great weekend at Ararat One Tree Hillclimb. Still struggled with finding gears. (2nd gear) Unsure of what the issue is. (Miss aligned linkage or everything worn) still had a fast run Saturday with a 48.10 for 4th place. Special thanks to everyone on the hill. (Especially my amazing partner ellie)

Plan is to pull the engine (4th time this year 😥) and do some gearbox linkage shims and bushes. Also looking for some 3.4 straight cut diff gears for legends of the lakes in November.

Computer is going to be fixed soon so hopefully i can post more videos. Stay tuned

Very sad to hear.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of life member John Moore – known to many of us as Speedy.

John was a member of the Morris 850 club, a predecessor to the current Victorian Mini Club, where upon in 2020 he was recognised and awarded a Life Membership.

He loved his Morris 1100 and entered many events with the Mini Club and Historic Rally Association, and was always there to help others or entertain them with a chat.

John passed away unexpectedly earlier this week.

The tour that John was organising for us on September 20th called “You have been here before” will still be running, though reorganised as a memorial to Speedy. Official start is 9:30am at Yarra Glen, but anyone who wants to join us early for a chat and a BYO cuppa is most welcome.

John will be sadly missed.
