This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and self-driven person to contribute and add value to the growth of Ballarat’s biggest fencing suppliers. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Storeman to work in our Delacombe outlet.
This is a full time position but could be casual or part time as required
The day to day duties will consist of the following;
• Inward and Outward deliveries.
• Picking and packing of orders.
• Liaising with customers.
• Loading / Unloading of trucks.
• Maintaining high standards of occupational health & safety.
• Working alongside Warehouse Manager and sales staff.
• Stock taking.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following attributes;
• Customer Service Superstar
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Physically Fit.
• Attention to detail.
• Highly punctual.
• Positive attitude.
• Can work unsupervised and in a team.
• Can work efficiently and effectively in pressure situations.
• Genuine good person.

W E L D E R/ FORKLIFT DRIVER
Ballarat Fencing - Welding Team Member to join our valued team.
This position does not require any trade qualifications BUT experience with mig welding as well as various other fabrication equipment used in the manufacturing of our gates and small components will be required.
The successful applicant will need to be physically able to lift and move steel fence panels.
The successful applicant will be organized and have a team focused attitude. Our work environment Is friendly, safe, clean and we aim to attract new team mates that will strengthen these assets.
Some on the job training can/ will be supplied.
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
• The ability to read and interpret job sheets
• A strong focus on the quality and accuracy of finished products
• A commitment to improved efficiencies and productivity
• The ability to positively contribute to our teamwork atmosphere
• A reliable attendance record and proven ability to commit to long term full time employment
Physical Requirements:
• On feet all day
• Manual handling and lifting
• Intermittent leaning over welding tables
