This is just the coolest thing ever!! Was so lovely to meet Elma at Farmgate this Saturday and hear about his low food miles Pancake. Elma lives locally in Gordon. Cream, milk and butter from Inglenook Dairy Dunnstown, flour grown and milled at in Balliang. Eggs from Egg-gerton egg farm, Mt Egerton, Honey from Honeys . Approximately 100 km of food miles all up! Elma if you see this post! Please give us a wave! And I challenge EVERYONE else to share their low food mile food! ✈️
