🍷 PAUL’S PICK OF THE WEEK 🍇

This week Paul is reaching for the Emmalene Pinot Gris from the Adelaide Hills — and it’s a beauty.

A little skin contact gives this Gris that gorgeous pale blush colour, extra texture and a subtle savoury edge, while still keeping it fresh and seriously drinkable. Think ripe pear, white peach, citrus and delicate florals, with a lovely dry, mouth-watering finish.

Perfect chilled on its own, or pair it with seafood, salads, antipasto or a long lunch with friends.
