One of the most overlooked foundations of health?
💧 Hydration
And I don’t just mean “drink more water.”
Real hydration is:
✨ drinking enough fluids
✨ improving water quality
✨ ensuring your body actually absorbs and uses that water properly
Because hydration impacts:
• digestion
• energy
• detoxification
• elimination
• brain function
• every single cell in the body 🤍
Some simple things I focus on:
→ water before coffee in the morning
→ drinking consistently throughout the day
→ filtering my water
→ adding minerals/electrolytes for proper hydration
And one of the biggest things people miss:
If you’re drinking lots of water but constantly peeing crystal clear… you still may not be properly hydrated.
Minerals like sodium, potassium and magnesium help move water INTO the cells where your body actually needs it ⚡️
