Harcourt Perry & Cider Makers is a collective of three families who have banded together to champion the town and history of Harcourt, the apple centre of Victoria and the resultant high quality pear and apples ciders that can be crafted from this area. Harcourt has over 150 years of apple and pear growing history.

At our juice is extracted, cooled and stored overnight. The following day it is bottled and packed, ready to be delivered to our retailers. Cold pressed, 100% fresh, unpasteurised Australian apple juice

"After sorting, our fruit is crushed and COLD pressed. The Juice is chilled back to 1 degree Celsius as quickly as possible and held in huge storage tanks overnight. All the solids settle to the bottom of the tank and the Apple Juice is bottled next morning. REAL FRESH APPLE JUICE!!
FUN FACT: 4 bins of apples produces 1 bin of pulp. It isn’t wasted as Harcourt Apples supports sustainability by donating it to local farmers for their animals.”

The channel 9 Lifestyle series - 'Postcards', paid a visit to The Little Red Apple and Harcourt Ciders on June 4th. Presenter Sammy J captured an interview with Simon Frost, tasting and showcasing our onsite products. Postcards is in its 28th season and can be seen at 5:30pm Sundays on channel 9 and 9Life in early August.

Harcourt Apples uses nothing but real Australian grown fruit for all our ciders and juices. All our apples and pears are hand sorted, removing any damaged fruit before it's pressed and bottled.
