What started as a tiny website to share our handmade pieces has grown into a yarn‑powered wellness community built on sustainable yarn, colour artistry, and emotional connection. Welcome to Eden Art Yarn
Your sustainable options for stunning colour changing yarns, and more. Eden Art Yarn is our new venture into providing sustainable yarn options without losing the beautiful colour combinations or softness. We stock 8 ply stranded (8 thin strands) cotton/bamboo yarn cakes in several ‘collections’ as well as 6 ply and 4 ply being available for custom order. We also now stock a range of GOTS certified Organic Cotton (4 ply) stranded yarn cakes with the same ombre/colour changing effects. I designed these yarn collections based on what I love, and I’m so happy to share them with you.

When I update or make new cotton/bamboo Luxe colourways, I first receive a 650m sample of each one. I use these for the product photos, and I also make samples to see how they look.

When I comes to Tranquility or Courageous collections it usually means I have to make one in reverse (inverted) as well. So I look for easy patterns so I can get through them quicker and get back to my huge pile of WIP’s!

Currently I’m making Star of Hunor by K.A.M.E crochet using the updated Courageous Determined with glitter. This pattern is so easy and quick but looks amazing! I’ve already started the inverted version.

Facebook Sales → Online System Update

A quick update for our community: We’re transitioning our Facebook sales to a new online system to make things smoother, clearer, and easier for everyone.
This means:
✔ Simpler ordering
✔ Clear stock levels
✔ Faster checkout
✔ Less admin for us (more time for creating!)

(We will still advertise our sales on FB, and add photos/videos. But instead of having to ‘comment’ on the post, you can click on the link to our sale page and make your order that way. To keep things fair for everyone, sale items will only stay in your cart for a short time. If checkout isn’t completed, the item simply returns to the sales page so others have a chance to purchase, keeping the sale fast, fun, and accessible for the whole community.
To offer such amazing discounts, customers will still need to cover their own shipping. Instead of payment via transfer, you can now pay by credit/debit card which keeps the fees low for us. As always with our FB sales, no points or Afterpay/Paypal is available.)

Helpful Tips (10 Tips for Managing WIPs)

Got a few too many WIPs? (We see you. We are you.)
Here are 10 gentle tips to keep projects joyful instead of overwhelming:
1️⃣ Keep a simple WIP list
2️⃣ Store projects in clear bags or material boxes
3️⃣ Use stitch markers to remember the hook size and current row
4️⃣ Set tiny goals for each WIP
5️⃣ Rotate projects weekly or even daily
6️⃣ Celebrate small wins
7️⃣ Pair WIPs with time of day eg: do the darker projects in the day and do the more simple rhythmic projects at night while watching your favourite show
8️⃣ Keep all of your crochet tools together
9️⃣ Don’t fear frogging! We all go through it. Look at it as a learning experience
🔟 Start fewer new projects (we know… we know)
