The Air quality index (AQI) and PM2.5 in the air, this index helps to see any upcoming asthma winds potential in especially in Melbourne.

These protential wind, rain and storm is already happening in the last couple weeks. So now the time to prepare in ensuring the following in your home, community, age care and commercial property:

*clear all gutters
*pick box and clutter in garage or protential water ingress area
*add more cleaning regimes to remove dust and pollen for asthma
* check roof and tile to ensure the no crack or break
*ingress area such as vent and fan are not blocked
*check the subfloor, basement or crawls space and record by photo so if potential rainfall insurance can ensure maintenance is not a claim issue
