Ok, Att Perth locals; workshops are up and running again for 2022. Starting this W/E with whiting. Destination is the peel/ Harvey inlet and dates are set for both Sat the 5th and Sun the 6th of Feb. Detailed info to follow those that jump on board. Following will be bream on fly on Sunday the 13th Feb. Certified casting instructor Graeme Hird will also be onboard to offer up some A1 casting tuition with practical applications to the target species. Hi all,
I've once again had the privilege of sharing some airtime with intermediate line crew. To check out a snippet of whats ahead for FlyWorld and a little of what I've been up to, check it out.

We are back for 2022 after the bosses gave us some time off. This first show back is a banger, we got one of Australia's most well travelled anglers and former owner of Flyworld, Dan Ivanoff. We got Dan back on as a returning guest ( Dan was first on episode 3) and since then a lot has changed. Learn why Dan decided to euthanise Flyworld after all these years, and what Dan has instore for the future. We also learn about what Dan has been up to and talk about one of the most impressive captures on fly seen in Australia (no its not in the tropics) in addition to the ones that got away.

Also on this show we talk about repairing fly lines and a new backing option that if you see backing regularly, you should listen too. And in true TIL style, we start off the year with controversy and drama that wont make us popular.... be sure to listen to the outro for the juice.

Thanks for a top afternoon Anthony Rechichifrom Great Southern Flyfishing. As always, it was a great pleasure and I really enjoyed bouncing the ideas around, swapping stories and bending the long wands. From one end of this big bad state of WA to the other. Just settled in for 12 days farm sitting 30 odd thousand acres, 80km from Esperance.
2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 fish, 40+ chickens, 20+ hatchlings, 1 old turkey, 20 turkey eggs about to hatch, native ducks, 1 barn owl, 5 alpacas, guinea fowl and 3 cows. No fishing but lots of time for video editing.

FlyWorld Temporarily closed for retail
Hi folks, Sorry to report but FlyWorld is now temporarily closed for retail. Thanks to all that have supported the business throughout the years, it has been a privilege to have met and supported everyone with there flyfishing journey.
There store will be re-opening soon. The store is beautiful and the website will be the same as the FlyWorld platform that has been in play for several years.

Watch this space and I'll announce the opening soon.

As for me, I'll be travelling the country to met, fish and learn from as many Flyfisho's that I can. The business will be morphing into more hosted travel and teaching / coaching our wonderful sport. There will be more workshops and an online learning resource. Keep in touch with the flyworld social to follow the adventure and see whats coming up.
