Today I was lucky to enjoy the sunshine, spend time with family and have a stall at a regional market by the beach :-) It was perfect! When things were a bit tough, I thought I would give macrame a go to help slow down my mind and help me relax. Well, I haven’t stopped since and my home is full of pieces, rolls of cord and I have enjoyed a number of markets since then. The name ‘knot now’ came from the idea that other things like home tasks and to-do lists can wait while I take some time out for self-care and enjoy some peace and calm. I have always wanted to share this with other people and now, thanks to a bit of a push from my most precious friend, Knot Now Macrame is offering macrame workshops.
