IT’S BACK! After a few years on the sidelines, we’re bringing back BK’s Hints, Tips and Tricks.

In this episode, Benn is talking ergonomic office chairs, specifically the difference between a traditional 3-lever mechanism and a synchro mechanism. Benn explains it without over complicating, no sales pitch, just a few hints, tips and tricks from someone who’s been doing this for a LONG time.

So what’s the difference?

A 3-lever chair gives you a greater independent control over your seat and backrest positioning, allowing you to manually set the chair to suit you.

A synchro mechanism works differently, the seat and backrest move together as you lean and change position, creating a more dynamic sitting experience throughout the day.

Which is better? The answer isn’t one or the other. It comes down to the person sitting on it, how they work and what feels right for them.
