Halcyon Berwick’s sister community in QLD wins prestigious award.

This month, Halcyon Nirimba in Queensland's Sunshine Coast, was named the state's best in Seniors Living at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).

The UDIA honour the highest achievers across all sectors of the development industry. The announcement adds to the more than 30 awards that Stockland's Halcyon Communities have achieved over the years.

Important Announcement | Road closures from next Monday, 10 October with detours in place.

The construction of the Grices Road, Bells Road and Soldiers Road Intersection is planned to start the week beginning the 10th October 2022 and estimated to be completed approximately by April 2023. Subject to any unforeseen delays.

The major impact on the community will be the closure of the current round-about at Soldiers Road and Grices Road for the duration of the works.

During this time, a number of detour routes will be implemented to ensure traffic, including pedestrians, can get around the work
site. Below is a diagram showing the proposed routes that will be implemented.

In the meantime, we would appreciate you taking extra caution and care in following any traffic control arrangements and directives in place.
