Retail/Bottlemart Supervisor
Hotel Radnor – Blackbutt
We’re on the lookout for a hardworking, reliable team member to step into the Retail/Bottlemart Supervisor role at the Hotel Radnor, taking over from Trent (don't worry, he's not leaving us).
Position: Retail/Bottlemart Supervisor
Location: Hotel Radnor, Blackbutt
Hours: 38 hours per week
Availability: Must be flexible across days, nights & weekends
Employment Type: Full-Time Salary
What You’ll Be Doing...
Supervising store ranging and stock ordering
Liaising with suppliers
Leading, training and supporting retail staff
Coordinating promotional activity and product ranging
Maintaining store presentation and high standards at all times
Who We’re Looking For...
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated and able to work without constant direction
Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred (but not essential)
Basic IT and computer systems knowledge
Forklift licence (would be an advantage)
