King of Knives:

The concept for King of Knives came about in Australia in 1986. The idea was to create a highly specialised store that retails every conceivable cutting and sharpening instrument for the domestic, trade and professional markets. The first store opened in Westfield Chatswood in Novemeber 1987 and since this time King of Knives has grown to be the largest specialty retailer of its

kind with over 60 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand. Chef King:

In 1999, the first Chef King store was opened in Moore Park SupaCenta. The Chef King concept was to expand on the successful King of Knives model with bigger stores and a greater range of cooking and bakeware. Today there are five Chef King Stores in Australia stocking quality cookware and bakeware as well as the regular King of Knives range. Online:

In October 2008 King of Knives opened its On-line store. The on-line store stocks the same great products you will find in King of Knives and Chef King stores, with some added extras.
