Exciting news!

BIG NEWS 🎉

We originally set out to make beautiful resistance bands that you can be proud using. That said we always had the vision of one day launching our very own clothing line.

We are so excited to announce that time has come! Each and every piece of clothing in our collection was designed for comfort and for making you feel good when you wear it. The material is so soft you will want to wear it everyday 🤍

While we are only doing a soft launch for now, we are excited to share the news with you and we look forward to sharing more with you very soon! Stay tuned!

Did you know that 30 minutes is only 2% of your day? There's no excuse, you can make time for a quick workout in your day. 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week, you can do this!

Did you know? Short and more intense workouts can improve athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism, and fat burning.
We recommend working out 3 times a week for 10-30 minutes, it's a great start for anyone with a hectic schedule!
