Today I had the wonderful opportunity to witness the dressing of The Red Dress at the Museum of Brisbane, and it was such a special experience.

Seeing this magnificent artwork up close, and watching the care taken to display it, gave me an even greater appreciation for the incredible craftsmanship and the stories stitched into every thread. It’s a truly breathtaking piece that celebrates creativity, community, and embroidery from around the world.

If you get the chance to visit, I highly recommend it. It’s an exhibition that will stay with you long after you leave. ❤️🧵

What a wonderful day at the Coorparoo Quilters Quilt Show at the Belmont Shooting Complex! 🧵✨

The talent, creativity and craftsmanship on display are simply inspiring. Every quilt tells a story, and it’s been a joy to wander through the exhibition and admire the incredible work of these talented quilters.
