We lost our biggest supporter, my Dad, earlier this year & I came across this photo from many moons ago when he had perfected baking bread from scratch...look how proud he is!
It’s no secret I come from a long line of chefs... Dad wasn’t one of them... he just loved to eat good food & was happy doing it!

was joined by our #1 fan & the best pastry chef we know, my little Mum, as we taught a pie & pastry masterclass today. Lots of laughter & full bellies later, I say it was a success!
