MEET THE TEAM - OUR UNI STUDENTS!

If you’ve visited us on a weekend, chances are you’ve been looked after by Jack, George or Charlotte!

All three joined our team while they were still in high school. They’re now all at university studying architecture, medicine and nursing, but we’re incredibly grateful they still spend their weekends (and the sometimes weekdays) helping care for our Highlands community.

From serving customers and helping you find the right products to keeping the shelves stocked and everything running smoothly, they each bring kindness, enthusiasm and a willingness to help every shift.

♻️Today is National Blister Pack Recycling Day! ♻️

Created by pharmacycle_au, National Blister Pack Recycling Day aims to raise awareness that your empty medication blister packs don't have to end up in landfill.

Through the pharmacycle_au recycling program, used blister packs are collected and separated into their plastic and aluminium components. The plastic is recycled into products such as fencing and decking, while the aluminium is repurposed for use in Australian steelmaking—giving these materials a valuable second life here in Australia.

It's easy to get involved! Simply collect your empty medication blister packs at home and bring them into Capital Chemist Bowral the next time you're passing by. Drop them into our Pharmacycle collection bin, and we'll take care of them.
