We’re hiring in Wodonga!

Velflex is looking for a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator – Equipment & Consumables to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting customers by phone and email, processing orders in NetSuite, and preparing equipment and consumables orders for despatch.

We’re looking for someone friendly, organised, proactive and detail-focused — someone who enjoys helping customers, takes ownership, and is happy to jump in wherever the team needs support.

Full-time preferred, Monday to Friday.
$60,000–$65,000 + super.

Velflex is looking for an Outbound Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Sales and Customer Service team.

This is a proactive customer engagement role focused on growing our custom transfer business. You’ll be reconnecting with past customers, building relationships with active customers, helping uncover new opportunities, and working closely with our BDM to create real sales momentum.

We’re not looking for a pushy salesperson. We’re looking for someone confident on the phone, great with people, organised with follow-up, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in helping customers find the right solution.
