Look who’s back in the nursery for Spring - Standard Grevilleas!

These are just coming into flower and look spectacular. A fantastic feature for a water-wise garden, adding texture, colour and interesting form.

We have 2 varieties for you to choose from:

Fanfare (pictured with Jack) - red-tipped new growth, purple-red toothbrush flowers and unique foliage.

Bronze Rambler - one of our favourite ground covers, now in standard form. Bronze new growth, deeply divided leaves that catch the eye, and a profusion of deep red flowers.

Standard grevilleas offer so much - habitat and food for birds, amazing colour and a long-flowering season. Our current stock is tall, offering instant impact. Pop them in a sunny garden bed or a big statement pot for true WOW-factor.

Just a small selection of our tomatoes and spring/summer veg!

All $5.50 a punnet and ready to go in the ground now. Offer these guys a little protection from cool nights and you’ll get an early harvest.

….and yes, we should have more stock of cherry toms and zucchini over the weekend. They’re moving fast, so get growing! Pumpkins and sage still a little way off but stay tuned for updates.

Sun, soil moisture and our range of advanced plants are the perfect combination for you to get that hedge, screen or windbreak in and rocketing away before summer.

We have pittosporum, viburnum, lilly pillies, eucalyptus and even leucodendrons if you’ve got a sunny, hot spot. All in the larger, 200mm pots to give you a head start and coverage this year.

Want foliage contrast and height? Try eucalyptus cinerea, $24 each.

An easy no-prune low hedge with interest? Pittosporum Hole-in-One, $25 each.

And Green Machine Lilly Pilly is your go-to for a tall, dense screen that never fails to please. $25 each.

Hellebores are tough,shade loving evergreen perennials. They bloom in winter when most things are bare and boring. They like part to full shade, rich, moist and well draining soil and can handle frost.
Fun facts: the colourful parts aren’t petals but are called sepals.
In the Middle Ages people believed crushed hellebore powder sprinkled on the ground could make them invisible.
They are completely unappealing to deer and rabbits due to their bitter taste.
They provide vital early nectar for bees.
