Running a hobbies and collectables / TCG store, we're often bound by various limitations and allocation counts by distributors and suppliers which are not controlled by us, this can often mean that customers can miss out. If you're an online shopper, you would have experienced this at one stage or another at various stores.

None of us stores want customers to miss out but for the last five to six years, allocations have been a big part of products releasing.

So how is Gamers Rush evolving it's services to customers to ensure they don't miss out? Well, a few ways.

Firstly, Gamers Rush will no longer add products for preorder until we receive our guaranteed allocation counts. This is especially important for sets like One Piece, Yugioh and Magic special editions and others. This will ensure that when we put items up for preorder, the available units to preorder have been guaranteed to us.

What does the Preorder Guarantee do for customers? It ensures that your preorders placed from September 1st, 2023 onwards will ship within 3 business days from the Australian Release date or you will be given your money back and the item for free.

Why are we doing this? Because we understand a number of customers have faced delays or cancellations of products throughout time and we as the store get blamed for something we don't control. We try to work hard to resolve matters as fast as possible but we are a small team working to keep up with orders and support. We want to do better and provide better and show all our customers that we value them and continually try to evolve our business to be better through experiences and mistakes we learn from.

We hope as this system grows and customers see their preorders more on time, you will all become more confident in our services. To the many customers who have been happy and have had no issues, we thank you for your continued support.

The Gamers Rush Online Store is back online at https://www.gamersrush.com.au and while we still have quite a lot of work to do, we hope you will enjoy the current new layout and systems in place. The store should now be more responsive on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile as well as being faster.

A new sidebar has been added on the left in every collection to help navigate through the collections as the home page becomes a landing page. There is still more work to be done there and more products to be added over time but we'll get there.

The old Loyalty system is gone and will be replaced shortly with a new Affiliates system where customers can sign up to become affiliates and earn store credit and monetary funds paid via Paypal and/or bank deposit to affiliates for referring more customers who make purchases on our store. This new system is still being developed and worked on with the new layout and systems already completed so hopefully it will be up and running by the end of July. Please note that no old points will be possible to be disbursed as real funds. They will be applied as store credit as per normal.

We thank you for your patience and hope you'll bear with us this week as we catch up on fulfilling orders, getting new releases out and catching up with the backlog of orders from last week. Please note that there will be a 24-48 hour response time by the Australian Chat Support Team as they will all be helping us catch up with order picking and packing so if your messages are not replied to on the same day, don't fret, we'll get to you ASAP!
