Our Chef always wanted to plan a POP UP dedicated to the temple food (Prasad) which was served with loved and compassion to the devotees who visited magnificent temples in different parts of the world.🛕Here we are with a menu close to our hearts, made with love, utter gratitude and thoughtfulness. 🙏

Northeast Indian cuisine

Chicken Gundruk- , Mohi mooli ka achar (buttermilk chilli radish pickle), Til ko Aloo ( sesame n potato🥔 ), tomato 🍅 chilli 🌶 sauce.

Sikkim is first organic state of India . The northeastern state showcase biodiversity through fermented food and food is close to nature , simple flavours drawn from available natural resources. It is cooked with minimalist ingredients as homemade range recipe fermented foods , Himalayan Churpi cheese , local vegetable are star in dish . There is influence from , , 🇧🇹 cuisine.

We are bringing a ‘Royal cuisines of India’ with our popup to brisbane. We promise that this is unique and leisurely food experience and featuring first time in Australia 🇦🇺

A rich blend of traditional flavours , techniques to this menu. A selected recipes from Royal palaces of India from stories of Maharajas to khansama, preserved through generations, cultural heritage, recipes of Mughal, luckhnowi , Awadhi , Kashmiri cuisines of princely states!!! 👑
