How does it work?
You've heard of acupressure. Acupressure applies pressure on specific points on the body. There are several pressure points you can use for relief during labour however the easiest way to do this on your own would be to hold a comb that hits those points for you. The teeth of the comb are held to the base of the fingers which helps to relieve pain.

I'm back! So nice to be back after a much needed ME break! I needed to start the journey of finding me - Sarah. Not Sarah as a wife or Sarah as a mum, just me...
So hello 👋 I'm Sarah and I'm far from perfect, sometimes my life is organised, sometimes (most times) it isn't, I'm actually really funny and fun to be around - well at least I think so 😂 Sometimes my grammar won't be perfect and sometimes my children have 2 minute noodles for dinner.
