I finished it. But decided to do a darkened grout look to the background as I felt it was too bright and took away from the cockatoo. Wanted the cockatoo to sit in front instead of it looking like the background was part of it. Not sure if I made it better or worse lol.

Almost done!
Went for a traditional indigenous background for this cockatoo. Did you know this cockatoo is native to Australia, and that Australia is home to 14 of the 21 species of cockatoo?
