We are ready!

As we are excitedly running around getting set up for this weekends Mould and Pinot Palooza Festival, we are hoping you are getting just as excited as all things local, artisan cheese, wine and charcuterie.

To help make your experience just that little bit better, we are showcasing some delicious accompaniments to your perfect Charcuterie board.

This weekend, along with Nutworks Macs, we will be showcasing the delicious
pickled baby figs (last years favourite) and their incredible cornichons that really give your charcuterie a real boost and not fogetting an inclusive and moreish vessel to consume the weekends collection of cheese... Gluten Free crackers from both and cauliflower crackers.

We might be bias, but no cheese and wine session is complete with the perfect chocolate... so we have put our expertise in flavour and all things Australian produce to bring you Mumbleberry Confections. Mouth watering, decadent and frankly just delicious Australian made chocolate coated Hazelnuts, cherries and coffee beans. All of which you will sample at our sneaky launch at Mould this weekend.

World Bee Day 🐝

So lets talk all things Bee's and local honey!

We all know how important Bee's are to our food industry but we are also obsessed with all things honey 🍯 (as you can see).

The wonderful nuance in flavour and unique health properties we experience from different hive locations around the world is simply wonderful.

We support many incredible Bee Keepers who manage hives from all around Brisbane and Australia.

With honey from the blossoms of Mt Coot-tha Brisbane by , honey collected from the pollens of Western Australia by and the decadent collection of honeys by Brisbanes through to honey from hives scattered around the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast in QLD and our rich Brisbane city by , and of course the very local to us . Jack has hives right in the heart of .lanes and his honey comb and Bee pollen being one of our favourite things, we are abundant in local liquid gold.

Today we celebrate all of these wonderful Bee Keepers and introduce our very own Mumbleberry Honey, lovingly collected and packaged for us by Aaron , sourced from Newstead and Keperra in Brisbane. It's rich and floral with a hint of green apple. Just devine.

Pop into see us at at 80 Ann St and you may just meet Jack as he runs a wonderful masterclass on all things liquid gold (honey) and pick some delicious, antioxident filled goodness in store.
