All dressed up and ready to go for the owners,is she completely flat?No,the old girl has some bumps but it should do after 133 years and some water over her.All gaps clean and filled and finished off with three coats of Handleys Low Sheen.

No fancy new Oak floors here,just good old 133 year old Hoop pine that’s never ever seen a sanding machine in her life.Shes up and down all over the place but it’s time to get her sorted,finished pics in a week or so.

The owners wanted a change up but were a little unsure,stepped them up with a Brown Japan with a tickle of Black to shade it and finished it off with Loba 2k Duo Satin/Matt,everyone involved ended up quite chuffed.If this is something you would like for your floors give me a call.0417008575 David.

Nice little Berger Pakstop filled Turpentine floor from last week all completed.Floors are coated in Loba 2k Duo Satin/Matt for a warm look.

Back to it full steam ahead,trying out the new Berger Pak filler,second go around using it and so far so good as long as your cracks are cleaned and filled properly.

Adding some progress pics as we worked through this floor,all cracks were cleaned and trowel filled,all old shot edge were also cleaned out and filled with flexiseal to fill everything in on this floor
