what really goes on behind the scenes of munch.

during this time with COVID-19, I am being as safe as possible. this means using a bandana to cover my breathing and gloves when handling the granola. moral of the story: MUNCH IS STILL OPERATING AND IS OPEN TO ORDERS!

It's truly devastating what has been going on in Australia for the past 5 months (YES 5 MONTHS, fires have been burning since SEPTEMBER). As awful as what's happening is, it has been incredible to see people coming together to support those fighting fires and those who have lost everything. We want to support in our little way. Here's a little spurt of pink to brighten up your day! This bowl was made with frozen mango, raspberries, pink dragonfruit and pineapple. Topped with nectarines, banana and, of course, our munch. granola!
