a little reminder I made, but one that feels really big.

the way our kids see themselves starts with the words they hear every day. the small comments, the quiet encouragement, the way we speak to them when no one else is listening… it all sticks.

i want my children to grow up knowing they are worthy, capable, and full of something special that no one can take away.
