Youth Day at the MACAO 2026 Specialized World Stamp Exhibition, it took place on Monday, 29 June 2026, and was one of the six themed days of the exhibition. It was dedicated to inspiring the next generation of stamp collectors and exhibitors.
The programme included:
-Award Ceremony for Youth Philately Exhibitors of Macau, recognising young collectors who entered exhibits in the international exhibition.
-Youth Philately competitive class, featuring exhibits by collectors aged 10–21, giving them the opportunity to compete at an international-level exhibition.
-Educational visits from schools, with students exploring the Treasure Gallery and the Macau Stamp Original Archives Exhibition.
-Seminars and workshops aimed at introducing young people to philately in an engaging way.

"Some of the day's highlights included:
"Prominent Figures on Macao Stamps" seminar by Ho Weng Hong.
"Philatelic Printing Technique" seminar by Matt Tobin of Brebner Print (New Zealand's stamp printer).
Street Art Postcard Workshop, where participants designed their own postcards.
Make Your Own Exhibition Badge workshop, run by the Communications Museum.

3rd Day Art Day
A real treat for stamp collectors! I managed to capture some of the original artwork owned by the Macau Post Office that was used in the production of Macau postage stamps. These wonderful pieces were on display at the Macau Specialized World Stamp Exhibition, providing a rare opportunity to see the artistic creations behind the finished stamps we collect and admire. Seeing the original artwork up close adds a whole new appreciation for the craftsmanship, design, and history behind these issues. One of the highlights of the exhibition for me! 🎨📮
