Today I’m happy to send off two of our special storyboxes that feature self-published books ‘Spike’ and ‘You Two, You Two’ from two amazing mums that I’ve collaborated with and as part of ( we are a little bit late 😊) and also to help with our commitment to support Reading Out of Poverty and their wonderful cause to ensure all children have the literary skills they need to fulfill their potential.

Our partner Reading Out of Poverty is a non-profit organisation that promotes literacy skills in early childhood by donating books and providing reading programs and pop-up libraries to families with young children from low socio-economic backgrounds including migrants, refugees, and indigenous individuals in Australia.

We are honoured to support ROOP in a small way by donating 5% of monthly profits from each storybook & dress up box sold and donating some of our boxes. Thank you to everyone that has supported Little Koala Book Club and purchased a storybox. Your awesome support makes this happen. 💕

As I’m sure you’ve all heard, there are major delays in shipping for Christmas so get your order in!!

Hello there!👋
Here is my little one having some fun dressing and playing around as Spike.

She loves putting on the colourful feathers on the little penguin beanie to recreate Spike, her favourite penguin😍

We then cuddle to read the book together.
This story about loving yourself and embracing your differences has been an important message for my little 5 year old who is discovering herself and her differences.

Zara is the only one with blue eyes in our family and she sometimes asks me why that is and that she would like brown eyes.
Then I tell her how beautiful her blue eyes are and that they make her so special. They come from her grandma who lives in the U.S. how special is that!!

She is a spunky little kid and is full of energy, love and confidence and I love that about her. I want her so much to love that about herself and to keep being herself.

Both my little ones enjoy their copy of the gorgeous children’s book ‘You Two, You Two’ and love to dress up and play as the little koalas.

My two year old really loved the mask and giggles every time she puts it on. 😍
