We're back! Power was restored yesterday and the store is open. Fridges are running and w**es are chilled, for your drinking pleasure.

Huge thanks go to the wonderful community at Rosalie Village for all of your help, kind words and encouragement.

Special thanks to Rae at and the guys at for lending us generators so that we could run aircon and w**e fridges to preserve w**e stock during the six days without power.

We were incredibly fortunate to have not lost stock, with most damage only to the actual fit-out itself. Many other businesses in the village faired far worse than us and our hearts go out to them. The entire village will need support in the weeks and months to come to get everyone back up and running.

Thank you to our fantastic landlords for being on the ground with us everyday, doing whatever they could to help not just us, but anyone in the area that needed it. And thanks also to the Lockyer family for organising dump runs and street cleans, and for generally just boosting morale and helping everyone in the village. We saw many repeat faces coming through day after day, doing whatever they could for the community here.

Some minor works are continuing in the bar area, but we should be pouring drinks again there by Thursday at the latest.

Due to the current Covid situation, we've made the tough call to close the bar on Sundays, just for the time being.

For now, the bar will trade Wednesday to Saturday from 3pm, but we will post any changes as circumstances evolve. We hope to pour for you on Sundays again soon!
Retail is operating as usual.

We thank you for all your support in these difficult times, and encourage you to pop down for a glass of the lovely Pa Pa Pinot Noir, just added to the chalkboard list 🍷

STAFF WANTED: We are hiring for the bar, so please spread the word. It's a truly excellent hospo job... No b**r taps, no cocktails, no mammoth closes. Just a thirteen seat w**e bar that only serves vino, doesn't trade late and has the best clientele in Brisbane.

We are seeking friendly, professional staff to work in our w**e bar on a casual basis. Flexible hours are on offer, though applicants must be available to work weekends. The w**e bar trades Wednesday to Sunday, from 3pm.

W**e knowledge and previous experience are a must.
