The Last Stand Hobbies

As some already know and some would have guessed by the recent inactivity due to the new business commitments I have decided to shut down The Last Stand as an operating entity.
Before I ride off into the sunset I just wanted to thank everybody who made it such a successful venture. The new venture is proving even more fruitful and time consuming and I came to the realisation that I can no longer put the time in here.
I have made many genuine friends via TLS which I am grateful for.

Now seemed like a great time to announce this as for the first time in a very long time I’ll not be at QMHE as a store. You will hopefully still see me around with me having some time to actually take part in the hobbies I love.

This weekend you will still find me at the show helping Tony on the Modelnerds stand so make sure you come and say gday and pillage Tony’s wares !

A big thanks to everyone who came to visit and buy over the weekend. Another successful QMHE weekend for us done and dusted. Has taken me two days to get over it barely making it past 9pm the past two nights (and I'm normally an AM hit the sack person)...I must be getting old. :)

I'll post a link up in a tick to one of our customers pages, who apart from building some brilliant car models also took a swag of photos of the weekends comp tables and has generously allowed me to share.

We received a big restock from Scott at SMS yesterday. Scott is a big supporter and sponsor of QMHE and many of the other shows around Aus. We'll be running a 10% off on all SMS paint over the weekend. Come and stock up or grab yourself some to try for the first time and join the long list of users and converts. There will be more than a few models on display this weekend that are finished with SMS.
