For the hatches on the SAW Demo Boat, we went with the Relaxn Black Edition aluminium roof and foredeck hatches, tying in with the other black details across the boat.

The design is simple and practical, with an adjustable side strut that allows the hatch to be opened and held in position to bring airflow through the cabin.

These hatches are one of the smaller details that help tie the build together, while still doing exactly what they need to do.

A new look for a Relaxn favourite.

Black PVD coated Relaxn Rod Holders are joining the range at the end of September, combining a black finish with the heavy-duty construction the range is known for.

Built with a 316G cast stainless steel top, 304G stainless steel tube and PVC liner, they’re available in straight, 15° and 30° shaft angles to suit different installations.

Available individually or in OEM packs of 20.

Arriving late September and available to pre-order now through SAW.

A great result for two of our products in the 2026 Australian Fishing Trade Association People’s Choice Awards.

The SIONYX Nightwave Digital Camera was named Runner Up – Best Marine Electronics, while the Reelax Marine and Gamefishing Offset Gamefishing Chair took Runner Up – Best Australian Made Product.

It’s great to see both products recognised by the people who use and work with this gear every day.

A big congratulations to all of this year’s winners and finalists, and thanks to everyone who voted and supported the awards.

For the aerial setup on the SAW Demo Boat, we paired the BlueWing Fishing Tackle Cobia 58 electric antenna bases with Pacific Aerials LongReach Pro aerials.

The Cobia 58 bases were fitted with Pacific Aerials Ltd cable adapters, allowing the LongReach Pro aerials to thread straight onto the electric bases.

As the Australian distributor for BlueWing, and with Pacific Aerials already a key part of our range, we were keen to see how the two would work together on the Demo Boat.
