Getting some bloomers made today for Lulu 😍 She’s had a big growth spurt recently and all her Size 1’s are starting to get a bit snug.

I’m using nappy cover pattern for these. They are super quick to make and the size 2 needs just over a fat quarter of fabric. You could make anything from size 1 and under with just a fat quarter 👌🏼 If only my clothes could fit on a fat quarter!!

Today I’ve got some of the Quilt Fair Gingham, I’m going to make a top out of the matching strawberry fabric aswell.

I also have some of new Capel Choc Chip Mint from her Halycon Daze range. I have enough to left over for a dress, but I just can’t decide which pattern to use! So bloomers for now, dress later on 😅

Happy Easter!!

We had a fun filled morning of egg hunting, Lulu was able to get in on the fun this morning - cutest thing ever! Delicately picking up all her eggs and placing them gently in her basket, while the boys raced around her 😅

The Easter Bunny had a few wines last night and can’t remember where all the eggs were hidden, so there’s still one hidden in the house somewhere 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

There are so many options that I get lost thinking about all the wonderful items someone will be making 😍

This is the Array Pattern from . It can be made as a dress, a top, or even a jumper!

You can choose between a puffy bell sleeve with an elasticated hem, or a wide flared sleeve.

The dress can be made with a straight-cut body, or add the extra-long wrap-around ties to cinch in at your waist.

The same options are there for the top but you can add an elasticated hem to turn your Array into a cute jumper!

Looks super cute paired with the Tula Pants, which can be made as trackpants too!

I used to always do narrow hems, but kept burning my fingers, so I've now switched to using Bias Binding!

I'll be adding some Bias Binding in these sweet Liberty London prints to the store. They are double fold; opened wide is 2cm, 0.5cm folds, so the final width is 1cm.

These will be available in 3m lengths and 4 different designs 👌

So I've been a bit absent as my darling Lou managed to not only break my phone, but also my iPad and backup phone in the space of 24 hours. I need 7 sets of eyes with that kid! She cam climb anything, has feet as quiet as a ninja and one hell of a throw on her, especially when told the dreaded n-o word. Especially if it's the despair nooooooooooo!!!

I haven't managed to get a phone replacement yet 🙃 and my iPad, which had a years worth of design work on it, went in for repairs but has come back with a beautiful new screen but has a blank line running down the middle of it that won't register to the Apple pen. So it's back in for repairs 😒

Please tell me it does eventually get easier with the third child 🙈 She's an adorable menace!
